Ears Information:
Each pair is made from scratch using Faux fur, Eva Foam and aluminium wire attached to a 5mm metal headband. The ears are glued and not sewn as we feel sewing can look bulky and can easily come undone or snag.
Looking after your ears: they should always be kept in a dry, safe place, out of reach from moisture and where they will not be squashed or damaged. The fur can be brushed using a small comb or spoolie and should be treated gently. Ears are wearable art and should be treated as so.
Please remember all items are handmade and there may be some small imperfections.
Returns:
No returns are accepted unless product is faulty. If product is faulty please contact via email within 7 days of receiving item. If the item has been worn unfortunately we cannot accept returns. An admin fee is deducted to cover any returns.
No refund will be issued for unclaimed goods
Lost Parcels:
Occasionally orders can go astray during shipping, we encourage customers to opt for tracked shipping but it isn't required. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into this for you. Due to recent Royal Mail strikes there have been some delays with both inland and international parcels so we ask for your patience while we investigate.
If your order has been lost in transit, we will replace your order where possible. If this is not possible then we can offer a refund, however, please note as we are a very small business, if Royal Mail is at fault the refund will be reimbursed via RM. This can take up to 28 days.
We are not liable for any customs fees.
